Project Scope: Interior Remodel + Furnishings
The owners of this beautiful custom estate came to us looking to evolve their primary suite to better support their lifestyle over time. Their goal was to prioritize comfort and ease—replacing a large soaking tub with a spacious, curbless walk-in shower for seamless accessibility, and trading two pedestal sinks for a generous vanity with ample storage. They also envisioned expanding the wife’s closet into a more customized, highly functional space.
The angled exterior walls and existing glass block elements that needed to stay, space planning presented a unique challenge. And we were up for it and embraced the rooms quirky angles!
The quality materials and textures selected take this bathroom to the next level.
In the primary bedroom we took the Client’s loved artwork as inspiration to work with, while still giving the art a new look by reframing and matting in order to make it all work. The grasscloth wallpaper and custom upholstered bed made by a local California furniture maker - designed for a couple that wants peace and comfort in their bedroom.
The toilet room was transformed with a striking wallpaper—a true showstopper. Herringbone marble floors add a timeless foundation, complemented by the warmth of wood base and trim details. Ample custom storage was seamlessly integrated to enhance both function and flow.
