Diamond springs, California

You’d never guess this is a double-wide trailer. Our clients discovered a tucked-away community in Diamond Springs and fell for the lake views and walking trails. They brought us in to gut the 1,440 square foot space down to the studs and elevate it completely. While modular homes can be tricky, our incredible team transformed this house into what we proudly call the Diamond in the Park.

Our clients decided to leave their beloved Santa Cruz home to be closer to their kids and grandkids. They hired us to reimagine the space, update the finishes, and capture every possible view of the lake. We created a cozy reading nook perfectly positioned for soaking in the scenery, while the dining and living areas are oriented to showcase the view—yes, even the kitchen sink! The kitchen received a complete overhaul, becoming the heart of the home and a dream space for the home chef.

Inspired by vibrant shades of orange, green, and blue, we layered the home with warmth and playful personal touches. The primary suite feels both lively and serene, while the mix of wallpaper patterns adds a hint of the unexpected.
