Project Scope: Interior Remodel + Furnishings
The 2,594-square-foot home’s main challenge was to bring in natural light and open up the previously closed-off kitchen, dining, and living areas. With stunning views out every window that were going unnoticed, smart space planning was key to making the most of the home’s potential.
We designed a cozy breakfast nook for everyday living, an open chef’s kitchen that flows seamlessly to the family room’s stunning fireplace, and separate dining area. Light, bright paint tones and layered textures keep each space distinct yet harmoniously connected.
We infused farmhouse charm through warm millwork, light wood tones, and nature-inspired colors, creating a home that feels approachable yet elevated. Understanding the realities of country living, we selected durable custom upholstery—including a washable slipcovered sectional for when the dog gets sprayed by a skunk—and a Rowe sleeper sofa in the office to double as a guest space. Vintage-inspired cement tiles unify all three bathrooms and the laundry, blending style with everyday practicality.
